Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 developer team and deliver innovative software solutions for our growing North American business. You will provide technical guidance, ensure scalable, resilient applications, and partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture with product strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
