Uline invites an IT leader to join as Software Development Manager to guide a 3-5 person team and deliver scalable software solutions for our North American operations. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture and work with Agile teams to align with product strategy.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 2+ years in people management with experience across full project lifecycles using Java, Angular, or JavaScript; on-site roles at Uline's Pleasant Prairie, WI HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with application project experience.
• Experience with Java, Angular or JavaScript in full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
