The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration with PMs, and delivering reliable, serverless/container-based compute solutions across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Experience with the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and grow the technical and architectural vision for Selection Monitoring’s mission-critical systems.
• Deliver scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available services for large-scale data processing.
• Build and own data discovery and lifecycle management across hundreds of datasets spanning Petabytes.
• Develop solutions to orchestrate hundreds of application flows across hybrid compute environments.
• Utilize serverless and container technologies to build next-gen scalable compute layers.
• Build and grow a team of high-performing SDEs and mentor their career growth.
• Drive operational excellence and continuously improve quality of software delivered by the team.
