Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of leading multi‑tier web services development.
• 1+ years of full life cycle software development leadership.
• 1+ years of large scale distributed systems with Java/C#/C++
• 5+ years of experience as Software Engineer or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Knowledge of software/hardware/networks life cycle, coding, reviews, builds, testing.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes of a team delivering high‑impact software for secure, reliable internet connectivity.
• Manage team performance, coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
• Build and execute technical roadmaps with product managers and stakeholders.
• Balance operational excellence with feature development and long‑term goals.
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with networking, security, and infra teams.
