Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC is seeking a Manager, Software Development to lead our development team in a hybrid role. You will drive cloud-based solutions using Azure/AWS, and work across .NET/Java/Node.js with Angular/React front‑end development.

The role requires hands-on architecture experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-performance software. Office is in Newton, MA with onsite work three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of application development and application development management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software developers and architects.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using Azure/AWS, .NET/Java/Node.js.
• Develop web applications with a focus on user experience using Angular/React.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Provide technical leadership in .NET and related technologies.
• Hands-on development and mentoring of team members.
• Maintain documentation and regular progress reports.
