Zusammenfassung

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Software Development Manager for Life Sciences Applied AI to architect and drive a new AI agent orchestration platform used in clinical trials. You will lead an engineering team, partner with product, UX, and beta customers, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering production-grade AI agents on AWS.

You will shape the product from Day 1, ship with urgency, and operate in a startup-like environment supported by AWS infrastructure and AI

Qualifikationen

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle, coding standards, reviews, and operations.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Aufgaben

Technical vision & architecture for AI agent orchestration layer.
Team building: recruit, mentor and lead engineers.
Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate clinical pain points into agent-driven solutions.
Ensure AI explainability, auditability and compliance with healthcare standards.
Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade AI agents in customer AWS environments.
