Job summary

Amazon's AWS Life Sciences division seeks a Senior Product Manager, Technical - External Services, to lead AI-driven applications for clinical trials. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to design and ship innovative experiences for pharma, biotech, and clinical operations partners at global scale.

You'll own product direction, collaborate with engineering on architectures, and shape workflows that replace fragmented processes with intelligent, learning systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with roadmap strategy and definition
• Proven track record of delivering products in cloud computing, networking, or infrastructure services
• Experience managing P&L and driving business outcomes for technical products
• Strong technical depth with ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-driven clinical trials transformation for life sciences.
• Guide a team of product managers, developers, and scientists to invent and simplify AI experiences for pharma/biotech clients.
• Define novel, generative AI agent-based experiences to accelerate discovery to treatment.
• Drive innovation by reimagining clinical evidence generation and trial operations with intelligent systems
