Job summary

Uline is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3-5 person engineering team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will guide architecture, delivery, and quality across full project lifecycles to support our North American operations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, mentor developers, and drive scalable software solutions for warehouse management and e-commerce platforms. Bachelor's degree and hands-on leadership are required.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a background in application projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
