Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a high‑performing team and design innovative software solutions that support our growing North American business. You will guide a team of 3–5 developers and provide technical leadership across projects.

You will partner with cross‑functional Agile teams to align architecture with business goals and manage full project lifecycles.

Qualifications
