Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 3–5 developers and deliver scalable software solutions that support our growing business. This on-site role requires strong people leadership and hands-on delivery across projects.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams, guide architecture decisions, and drive full lifecycle delivery in a high-performance environment. Uline emphasizes growth, stability, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background in application project experience using Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.

Minimum Requirements
