Dayton Freight Company is offering a Software Developer Intern position where you will participate in all phases of the SDLC, contribute to design, coding, testing, and maintenance, and collaborate with the development team on shared goals.

You will gain hands-on experience across languages like C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, and TFS, while adopting Agile practices in a fast-paced logistics tech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Must be a fast learner and innovator.
• Must be a critical thinker and a problem solver.
• Must work well as a member of a Development team.

Responsibilities

• Code using agreed development languages based on design discussions.
• Attend development meetings (daily scrum, planning).
• Follow structured programming standards and write documentation.
• Thoroughly test and debug solutions and maintain existing systems.
• Work on defined tasks and projects and collaborate with team.
