Job summary

Amazon Robotics TES is seeking a results-oriented Software Development Engineer to build scalable solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will design, implement, and optimize software that integrates with hardware and software across teams, supporting autonomous robotics initiatives and production systems.

The role requires strong problem-solving, high bandwidth, and the ability to simplify complex architectures while delivering reliable, scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

• Design and architect technical solutions that delight customers
• Set the highest standards for quality, maintainability, and performance by designing solutions to be highly-available, dynamically scalable, and resilient to continuity threats
• Minimize technical debt, while ensuring solutions are easy to use and maximize efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and consulting to our business partners
• Work across teams to design and develop systems which integrate hardware and software
• Create production-ready systems which can be deployed at Amazon scale
