Amazon Leo Payload is seeking a Software Development Engineer to help design, implement, test, and deploy software for the Leo satellite payloads. You will contribute to telemetry, mode management, power control, and autonomous capabilities across the satellite lifecycle.
Collaborating with hardware teams, you will participate in all software phases from requirements to production, with opportunities to grow breadth and depth in AWS technologies.

In this role, you will drive the design, development, and operation of a variety of key functions such as Mode Management, telemetry, power control, and autonomous capabilities for each satellite throughout its lifetime – from launch to de-orbit.
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
