Project Kuiper is Amazon's initiative to launch a constellation of low-earth orbit satellites providing high-speed, low-latency broadband to underserved communities globally. This role is on the Customer Device Services team, which manages device monitoring and management for end-users. It's a unique opportunity to develop services impacting millions worldwide.
This position involves designing, implementing, and operating globally available distributed systems using the latest AWS cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugees or asylees, due to export control laws.
This role offers the chance to develop software for an advanced global telecom service, designing, building, and maintaining components of Project Kuiper's Customer Devices Services and interacting with the Kuiper Network.
