The CX-STAR (Subscriptions, Troubleshooting, and Accounts Resolutions) organization is seeking an experienced software development engineer to join the engineering team.
The CX-STAR vision is to create innovative support experiences for customers of Amazon’s devices and digital products, through intelligent self‑service solutions and enabling our tech‑support organization with tools and technology. The job will give you direct experience building software included on Amazon companion apps (Alexa, Prime Video, Music, and Kindle Reader) and devices (Fire TV, Tablets, and Echo devices), helping millions of customers around the world.
We use agile development strategies and seek software engineering leaders who can thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy work environment.
You will work closely with senior leaders across cross‑functional stakeholder teams within Amazon to drive collaboration and influence them to prioritize projects, meet objects and adhere to business plans towards shared objectives

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
