The Adobe Firefly client team is seeking a senior JavaScript/TypeScript engineer to contribute to a high-profile effort to establish Adobe as the leading provider of creativity tools. You will work on AI/ML-powered tools that enable self-expression and collaboration, focusing on rapid iteration and measurable impact. Responsibilities

• Help establish architecture and quality coding practices for Adobe Firefly's client platform.
• Define long-term solutions for component-based architecture using functional programming.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and internal teams to translate ideas into prototypes.
• Engage with customers to identify problems, test solutions, and refine workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest development, testing, and deployment methodologies.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience developing interactive web applications, preferably in creative tools.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, or JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and functional programming.
• Ability to write high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills for remote or hybrid work environments.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to generative AI models, video editing tools, UX design, or modern web technologies like WASM, WebGPU.
