This role involves Agile sprints, code reviews, and occasional on-site customer meetings. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of software development and familiarity with Agile practices.

• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.

Akkodis is recruiting for a SW Development Engineer for an aerospace manufactuer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay rate of $60 an our to $80 an hour depending on education, experience and location.

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and C#.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles to design and implement robust applications.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborate on code reviews.
• Write and maintain requirements and test procedures for software components.
• Participate in Agile sprints and manage tasks through Rally.

Required Qualifications

Pay Details: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour
