Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Architect and develop scalable enterprise applications and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern software architecture principles.
2. Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, Entity Framework/Core, schemas, stored procedures, reporting, and data integration technologies.
3. Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using Angular, Blazor, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
4. Lead technical implementation, establish automated testing practices, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and guide development teams on architecture and engineering standards.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in full-stack software development with extensive .NET, SQL Server, web application, and software architecture experience, including recent experience designing solutions from the ground up.
• Technical Skills: ASP.NET/Core, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework/Core, Angular/Blazor/React, TypeScript/JavaScript, NUnit
• Business / Domain Skills: Solution Architecture, Application Development, Database Architecture, API Integration, Technical Leadership, Performance Optimization
• Communication: Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise data integration, background processing, scheduling, and reporting solutions.
