Qualifications

Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance.
Associate’s degree equivalency to 18 months specialized experience.
Bachelor’s degree equivalency to 3 years specialized experience (not cumulative with Associate’s).
Master’s degree equivalency to 2 years specialized experience (up to 5 with Bachelor’s).
Doctorate equivalency to 2 years specialized experience (up to 7 with Master’s/Bachelor’s).
Three years of general experience may substitute for 1 year of specialized experience.
Certifications may count as three months of specialized experience.

Responsibilities

Provide development engineering and programming support to projects and infrastructure activities.
Design and develop enterprise Web applications.
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utilities.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
Design software or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
Analyze and design databases within an application area; work individually or with a team.
Manage websites including design, development, deployment and maintenance; perform testing and QA of sites and apps.
