As their Power Applications Developer, you will:

• Architect and Build: Develop and enhance custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), transforming legacy Excel and Access tools into scalable and secure solutions.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Support, troubleshoot, and maintain internal tools across various teams, becoming the key resource for app functionality and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner directly with operational teams to understand their workflows and translate their needs into efficient and user-friendly applications.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Ensure smooth integration and alignment with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.
• Champion Best Practices: Collaborate with lean IT leadership to implement development best practices and drive consistency across the internal application stack.
• Contribute to Modernization: Participate in broader modernization efforts, with potential involvement in cloud migrations (e.g., Azure or Microsoft Fabric).

What you'll bring to the table:

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• A working understanding of Power BI and fundamental data architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint and OneDrive, and a foundational understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for building tools that enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Comfort working independently within a lean team and directly engaging with business stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience in cloud migration or exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
