Position: Power Portal / Power Apps Developer

TTC Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Power Apps Developer for a remote contract position with the Department of Transportation (DoT) and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The candidate will join a small team to transform manual processes into customized, user-centric applications that are interactive, responsive, and tailored to each process. Responsibilities include collaborating with Business Analysts, Business Owners, and the Product Owner to define future states, developing wireframes, demoing to stakeholders, managing User Stories in Azure DevOps, and conducting testing before deployment. Source code and solutions should be stored in a DOT-approved GIT repository.

This position requires a Public Trust Clearance. Candidates must be either U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) and have worked in the U.S. for at least 3 consecutive years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centric applications using Microsoft Power Platform within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure applications meet business needs.
• Lead development and deployment of prototypes and applications, leveraging various technologies.
• Work with Business Systems Analysts to prepare functional specifications.
• Present technical ideas and approaches to peers and the IT team.
• Integrate existing APIs into PowerApps.
• Create System Administrator Guides and other documentation such as Release Notes and Transition Guides.

Requirements/Qualifications:
