Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a Software Developer to design, code, and test software for Agent, Client, and Associate facing technologies in the P&C insurance space. You will design solutions for Commercial team including Agent Portal (AgencyPort by Duck Creek) and internal Risk Clearance app, and participate in SDLC from design to deployment.

Responsibilities include developing, deploying to test and production, collaborating with analysts, attending scrum ceremonies, and supporting 24x7 on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent.
• Experience with OO languages (C#/Java).
• Experience with web-based application development.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions within the Commercial team, including Agent Portal and AgencyPort by Duck Creek.
• Deploy solutions to Test and Production environments.
• Analyze, design, code, unit test, and implement systems through the SDLC.
• Collaborate with business analysts to solve business problems.
• Write and translate software specifications.
• Attend scrum ceremonies and maintain Azure DevOps.
• Utilize developer tools for programming and monitoring.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
