Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a motivated Software Developer with an interest in full stack and AI development for our platform engineering team. The role is based in our office in Laguna Niguel, CA, with opportunities to work on scalable, AI-enhanced backend services.

You will collaborate within an Agile team, contribute to AI capability integration, and develop robust, secure software across frontend and backend systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Foundational knowledge with REACT or Angular, Java (Spring Boot), and Python.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API development principles.
• Exposure to frontend and backend development with REACT, Spring Boot and testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Interest in AI concepts with LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP and core cloud services.
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD concepts.
• A focus on writing clean, testable code and an understanding of scalability and security.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Salary Range

$86,800 - $130,200; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
