Responsibilities

• Maintain code for applications including coding, testing, and documenting work.
• Research and resolve production issues reported to the Help Desk.
• Work on-call after-hours rotation and handle production problems.
• Provide support to IS department staff and business users.
• Document research, progress and status in Azure DevOps.
• Communicate with business users and follow up on testing.
• Continue development of technical and business knowledge through training.
