Job summary

KC is seeking a software developer to independently implement approved changes for IMDS CDB and the C#/MSM components. You will connect code, mission rules and release evidence so improvements can be verified without disrupting ongoing maintenance.

Developers unit-test their own changes while qualified personnel perform independent verification. The position is contingent on award with a salary range of $120,000-$125,000; remote/hybrid work is eligible with onboarding at the Montgomery/Gunter

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software/systems engineering or a related field preferred.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered only where permitted by contract labor category.
Mandatory security clearance procedures to access government systems will apply.

Responsibilities

Implement changes to discrepancies, corrective actions, component replacements, maintenance schedules or qualification checks in the assigned CDB/MSM component.
Preserve maintenance history and trace data exchanges with CEMS, FMxC2, BLADE or REMIS.
Exercise disconnected-operation and synchronization paths; identify duplicate, missing or inconsistent transactions for independent validation.
