Job summary

A Day in the Life

As a Software Developer III supporting our Customer Portal, you will help build and evolve a secure, authenticated digital experience that allows customers to access and manage their financial information online. This is more than a traditional website development role. You will work across Sitecore XP, .NET/C#, front-end technologies, authentication, enterprise APIs, services, and data platforms to deliver secure and reliable customer experiences. On any given day, you may develop a new portal feature, integrate with an enterprise service, troubleshoot an authentication or production issue, review code, or collaborate with architects and business partners on a new solution. You will work within an Agile team and have the opportunity to take ownership of solutions from design through production.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support secure customer-facing applications using Sitecore XP, .NET/C#, and modern web technologies.
• Develop across the full application stack, including front-end experiences, application logic, APIs, integrations, and supporting services.
• Build functionality for an authenticated customer portal, incorporating identity, authentication, authorization, and secure access to customer information.
• Integrate with enterprise APIs, services, and data sources to deliver cohesive digital experiences across complex backend systems.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA, and developers to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across application code, Sitecore, authentication, APIs, services, and data layers, identifying root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews while following enterprise security, accessibility, testing, and SDLC standards.
• Identify opportunities to modernize applications, reduce technical debt, improve performance, and simplify integrations.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and use modern development and approved AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery and take ownership of features from technical design through development, deployment, and production support.
