Referment is seeking a software developer to join the Developer Experience team in the United States. You’ll work with engineers to reduce friction and deliver practical tooling across IDEs, builds, CI/CD and AI-assisted workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of productivity engineering and platform development. You will own tooling improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure high-quality engineering environments across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus at least 3 years in software development or related field.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills in Linux environments.
• Experience with IDE integrations, CI/CD, version control, or productivity platforms.
• Understanding of AI technologies and interest in applying them to engineering workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to work directly with users.

This role sits at the intersection of productivity engineering and platform development. You will work directly with developers to understand friction, then build and integrate practical improvements across IDEs, build systems, CI/CD and AI-assisted workflows.
