Deloitte in the US Delivery Center seeks a US Delivery Senior Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions to build and enhance internal tools, pipelines, and integration components that support research, analytics, and model development workflows.
You will partner with data scientists, data engineers, and operations teams to automate workflows, test and deploy analytics applications, and raise development standards across workflow components; hybrid work with travel up to 10%.

As a US Delivery Senior Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions on the team, you will:
Build and enhance internal tools, lightweight applications, APIs, and utilities that support research, analytics, and model development workflows
Develop production-grade pipelines and automation to improve data processing, workflow execution, and operational handoffs
Create integration components that connect data pipelines, repositories, APIs, and supporting applications
Automate Git-based repository workflows, version control processes, testing, and developer productivity activities
Partner with data scientists, data engineers, and operations teams to translate workflow challenges into practical technical solutions
Test, troubleshoot, document, and support analytic applications and workflow utilities through deployment and operational handoff
Improve development standards, code quality, deployment reliability, maintainability, and overall supportability of workflow components

Required:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of software engineering or application development experience
2+ years of hands-on Python development experience
2+ years of experience with Git, version control, and repository-based development
Experience testing, debugging, and supporting production-oriented applications or utilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary or Mechanicsburg)
Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
Experience working with APIs, integration patterns, and data workflows
Experience supporting analytics, model development, or data pipeline enablement environments
Familiarity with healthcare data, healthcare analytics workflows, or regulated data environments
Familiarity with federal data or government-adjacent delivery environments
