Responsibilities

1. Support client process questions, development L2 incident management, and enhancements for the following ServiceNow modules: IRM, TPRM, BCM.
2. Develop skills and process knowledge in ServiceNow modules (IRM, TPRM, BCM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

100% remote in CST.
