Job Overview

Position Details

This is a remote, contingent position supporting a DHS contract. The role requires strong Javascript skills and overall responsibility for application coding, design, and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
2. Establish goals and plans to meet project objectives, demonstrating domain and technical expertise.
3. Manage activities for a client, including financial management, methods, and staffing.
4. Engage in client negotiations and interface with senior management.
5. Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
6. Support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy.
7. Test ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality and user experience.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of relevant experience.
2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
3. Current clearance and ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust.
4. Experience with data models, APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON), database programming (SQL, PL/SQL, NoSQL), and web application development.
5. Experience with Message Services, DevOpsSec pipelines, Cloud/AWS administration, and responsive UI frameworks.
6. Strong Javascript skills (to be tested during interview).
7. Must reside in the U.S., be a U.S. citizen, and work in the U.S.

Compensation

Salary range: $115,000 - $124,000, with details on factors influencing compensation provided.
