Qualifications
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
An advanced degree in a related field may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
Responsibilities
Lead technical data migration efforts from Banner Advancement to Raiser’s Edge NXT.
Design, build, test, and maintain integrations between CRM platforms and campus enterprise systems.
Develop reports, dashboards, automation workflows, and data governance processes.
Ensure system security, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide technical consultation and guidance to functional stakeholders.
Skills
Experience with Ellucian Banner Advancement
Experience in higher education or nonprofit advancement environments
Experience with enterprise data warehouse or business intelligence platforms
Experience with large-scale system implementations or migrations
Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
