Job summary

The Chico State Construction Management Department is seeking a Software Developer to enhance our CRM ecosystem. This role involves technical leadership during the migration process, as well as ongoing system development support across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Ellucian Banner and Blackbaud, with a strong background in data migration and integration.

This is a full-time position with competitive salary ranging from $77,904 to $113,496 annually along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner Advancement, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical data migration efforts from Banner Advancement to Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations between CRM platforms and campus enterprise systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automation workflows, and data governance processes.
