Job summary

Radiant Digital Solutions Inc in Austin, TX is seeking a Software Developer 2 to join a hybrid role for a 10-month contract. You will research, design, implement, and manage software programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.

You will perform testing, code reviews, and documentation, stay current with IT trends, and apply architectural concepts and Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, implement, and manage software programs.
• Test and evaluate new software programs for effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Perform testing including generation of test data, writing/executing test scripts, and debugging errors.
• Follow current software development methods, standards, and best practices to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and requirements.
• Analyze and develop solutions for complex business processes and systems.
• Code, test, and debug programs in development or requiring support, performance, or enhancement.
• Process information logically and design program/system logic.
• Prepare program specifications and documentation.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Work collaboratively and motivate team members to produce high-quality output.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends, directions, and emerging technologies.
• Apply knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and infrastructure tools.
• Utilize Agile or Scrum methodologies for solution delivery.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with the agency's information architecture and management methodologies.
