NeoWork is hiring software developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies from Brazil. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, collaborating with product and engineering leads.

NeoWork designs global staffing solutions and handles recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support for contractors working with U.S. teams. This 100% home-based role includes health insurance for contractors and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in at least one modern stack (JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python).
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
• Strong English for collaborating with U.S. teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership of work.
• Willingness to overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Based in Brazil with reliable home office setup and internet.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features.
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule

Requirements
