Job summary

GWA Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain proprietary applications.

You will work closely with the IT Director and a current developer to modernize systems, implement new functionality, automate business processes, and support software integrations across the organization. You will design, test, and troubleshoot, communicate with technical and nontechnical users, document processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of hands-on SQL experience.
  • Proficiency with C# and the .NET technology stack, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Experience with WinForms and ASP.NET.
  • Experience developing, supporting, and troubleshooting business applications.
  • Understanding of software integrations and data exchange processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain proprietary software applications.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Software Developer Position Summary

The Software Developer will design, develop, enhance, and maintain GWA’s proprietary applications.   • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
