ClearConnect Solutions, an Acrisure company, seeks a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support scalable cloud-native apps. You will build containerized Spring Boot with MySQL back-ends and modern front-ends using Nuxt.js and Vue.js, while collaborating in a Scrum team to estimate work and deliver secure, user-focused solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in OO languages (Java/C#) plus Python/JavaScript, experience with Spring Boot or JHipster, and familiarity with AWS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#, along with Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot, JHipster, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud development and cloud-native patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, frameworks, and languages quickly.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines with strong collaboration skills.

Job Summary

The Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and supports scalable, cloud-native applications across the full software development lifecycle. This role builds containerized Spring Boot and MySQL solutions, modern front-end applications using Nuxt.js and Vue.js, REST APIs, and AWS serverless services. The developer works closely with Scrum team members to estimate work, identify risks, prioritize development tasks, and deliver secure, stable, and user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Develop Docker, Spring Boot, and MySQL solutions using modern front-end application patterns, including static applications, server-side rendering, and single-page applications built with Nuxt.js and Vue.js.
• API Development: Design and develop containerized REST API applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Cloud-Native Services: Build AWS serverless services when appropriate, using technologies that may include API Gateway, Amazon SQS, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon Cognito.
• Requirements Delivery: Interpret and implement stated software requirements while identifying technical dependencies and considerations.
• Scrum Planning: Provide development estimates and communicate constraints, risks, and potential liabilities as part of the Scrum process.
• Work Prioritization: Plan and prioritize development tasks to meet project objectives and customer-initiated deadlines.
• Testing & Quality: Design test protocols that provide a high level of confidence in application stability, usability, security, and overall quality.
• CI/CD & Build Tools: Use CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools, including NPM, Yarn, Docker, AWS SAM, and Gradle.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#, along with Python and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot, JHipster, or similar application-development frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud development and cloud-native application patterns.
• Demonstrated ability and interest in learning new systems, frameworks, and programming languages quickly.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality work while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet stated customer-initiated deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all Acrisure-related activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React.js and/or Vue.js using the Nuxt.js framework.
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Vuetify, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Apache Spark and the PySpark library.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, MySQL, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, NPM, Yarn, AWS SAM, or Gradle.
• Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Amazon SQS, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon Co gnito.

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $75,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
