CTG is seeking to fill a Software Developer 2 opening for our client in Austin, TX.
Location: Austin, TX (Telework)
Duration: 12 months
Duties
- Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
- Test and evaluate new software programs and system functionality
- Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, system architects, and other developers
- Participate in the development of software integration plans with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Implement and manage single sign-on solutions using OKTA and Azure
- Develop APIs to manage access policies and integrate them with external applications
- Ensure software development aligns with Agile/Scrum practices and delivery cycles
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with SailPoint development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies)
- Experience with OKTA single sign-on integration
- Skilled in developing API services for identity and access management
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Experience
- 6 years: Agile or Scrum-based solution delivery
- 6 years: Collaboration with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on SailPoint IdentityIQ plans
- 4 years: SailPoint IdentityIQ development
- 4 years: OKTA single sign-on integration
- 4 years: API development for access management
- 2 years (Preferred): Experience working with Texas State Agencies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
