Pay rate range - $65/hr. to $67/hr. on W2
Hybrid – 3 Days in Office

Must Have
3+ years of professional software development experience / full stack software development life cycle.
2+ years of design/architecture experience (scalability, reliability).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C, Python, etc.)

Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:

• The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
• They must be detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design/architecture experience (scalability, reliability).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C, Python, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.

Typical Task Breakdown:

• Developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging and implementing fixes for internally developed code (JAVA, C, Python, etc.), performing SQL queries, improving systems that gather metrics on features, updating, tracking, and resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborating with development teams on Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing current software, automating support processes, and documenting systems.
