Job Description:

The Client Badge team seeks a Software Development Engineer to support and develop solutions for production software issues in merchandising applications. Your work will directly impact customers!

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting/debugging, and fixing internally developed code (JAVA, Python, etc.), performing SQL queries, and enhancing systems that gather metrics on features.
2. Collaborating with development teams on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing software, automating support processes, and documenting systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Full Stack Development experience preferred.
• Interest in a software development career to utilize and expand coding skills and gain exposure to various applications.
• Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and professionalism under pressure.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design/architecture experience focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C, Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
