As a member of the Benefits tech team, you will work to build tools to help improve our benefits administration process that will look to make the benefits experience more seamless for Amazonians.

As an SDE II on the team, you will take ownership over the software design, documentation, development, engineering approach, delivery, and support of a new Benefits platform built natively in AWS. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
