Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software or electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of software development experience in engineering, manufacturing, CAD, ERP, or technical business systems.
• Able to read drawings and customer specifications and translate to software requirements.
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork, with deadline focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, test, debug, deploy, and maintain software for transformer design processes.
• Translate engineering requirements and customer specs into software requirements.
• Support data validation, simulations, reporting, and engineering data analysis.
• Collaborate across design engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, supply chain, and IT.
• Maintain documentation, test results, and change records under guidance.
• Participate in reviews and continuous improvement for reliability and usability.
• Support ERP and engineering system data updates related to design processes.
• Contribute to technology organization growth initiatives.
