Job summary

- 5+ years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, configure, deploy, train and maintain software applications and services across NA locations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers at multiple locations to manage deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues through Help Desk software.
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making with the development team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
