Job summary

NCL Bahamas Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager, Software Engineering to lead a blended team of internal engineers and vendor partners. You will drive delivery, reliability, and platform improvements across UI, backend, batch processing, and operational workflows.

The role emphasizes engineering quality, collaboration with stakeholders, and disciplined DevOps practices within an AWS-based enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business or related field.
• 8–10+ years in software engineering or delivery roles.
• 3–5+ years in people leadership with blended delivery models.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal engineers and QA teams with coaching and delivery focus.
• Direct delivery from vendors and strategic partners, overseeing QA resources.
• Establish delivery practices and ownership across teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, security, infra, and support.
• Drive incident response, reliability, and production support readiness.
• Govern agile delivery and DevOps practices, including CI/CD.
