Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS property clauses and government property accountability requirements.
• Experience with asset tracking tools or software license management platforms.
• Experience working in classified environments (IC or DoD).
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage software property assets throughout their lifecycle across classified and unclassified environments.
• Maintain accurate software property records, including license entitlements and deployment locations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARS property clauses and related government requirements.
• Support property audits, self-assessments, and government surveillance activities with accurate data.
• Coordinate with program teams, cybersecurity, IT, and government stakeholders on deployments and dispositions.
• Maintain software property documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor license utilization and renewal timelines and coordinate reallocation as needed.
• Partner with hardware property managers to ensure integrated asset visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve software tracking processes and automation.
