  • Align closely with teams across technology, sourcing, finance, and risk to unify visibility into software assets, usage, and associated costs.
  • Reconcile and unify asset data across systems including but not limited to SaaS management tools, license usage trackers, general ledger, procurement platforms, and contract systems.
  • Establish data governance policies and ensure ongoing lifecycle traceability.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting and actionable insights that influence licensing strategies, renewals, compliance, and cost management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for software asset and lifecycle data—guiding policy, operations, and future-state design.

  • Minimum of 5 years focused specifically on Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or related enterprise technology domains.
  • Deep familiarity with tools like Snow, Zylo, Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, OpenLM, and / or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, data reconciliation, and structured reporting design.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and automated processes that drive stakeholder action.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical findings in a business-centric way.
