Opportunity Overview: Data/Business Analyst - 6-month contract - Remote based in US - US Citizenship required

The Data/Business Analyst will review data from multiple sources (i.e., Phoenix, ADP, and SAP) to support research and analysis of union dues & fringes. This work will support areas such as union grievances, trust fund audits, penalty pay, and fringe and benefit updates resulting from errors in initial data integration.

What your day-to-day looks like:

1. Engage with labor relations analysis team
2. Collect and update data related to union grievances
3. Support data collection and analysis for trust fund audits
4. Conduct analyses and prepare reports to support labor relations operations and technical needs
5. Coordinate with Payroll to ensure all union dues and fringes updates are completed
6. Prepare leadership briefing materials based on data investigations

What we need to see from you:

1. SAP project system experience (preferred)
2. Prior experience in labor relations and/or understanding of union reporting (preferred)
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Organizational and multi-tasking skills
8. Attention to detail
9. Ability to pass nuclear background and drug screening
10. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
