  • Designing software solutions that meet real-time, reliability, cybersecurity, performance, verification, and product quality requirements for critical infrastructure applications.
  • Guiding technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, platform evolution, and software reuse across long‑lived product platforms and technology domains.
  • Partnering with product owners, system architects, protection experts, communication specialists, and development teams to translate product requirements and technology strategies into scalable software solutions.
  • Supporting system integration, verification, performance optimization, product release activities, and engineering practices that improve software quality, automation, and development efficiency.
  • Mentoring engineers, promoting knowledge sharing, and providing clear architectural direction across protection, communication, application, and embedded platform teams.
  • Collaborating with international R&D organizations and cross‑functional stakeholders.

    • Real‑time systems, concurrency, resource management, and deterministic software execution.
  • 3–5 years of experience with the following:
    • Evaluating architectural alternatives and making technical trade‑offs involving performance, reliability, maintainability, security, and delivery needs.
    • Designing maintainable and scalable software architectures.
    • Analytical communication and problem‑solving across multidisciplinary and globally distributed engineering organizations.
    • Cybersecurity principles and secure software design for critical infrastructure.
  • Ability to travel internationally for initial training.
