You will collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and QA to understand needs and document requirements, while growing your expertise in Agile delivery and AI-enabled capabilities. The role focuses on gathering requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning, and helping teams improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in supporting the design and development of enterprise level applications following modern software practices.
Active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, user needs, and product goals.
Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other solution documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support Product Owners and delivery teams with backlog organization and requirements clarification.
Help evaluate enhancement requests and document business value.
Support testing and user acceptance activities.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve business processes and user experiences.
Learn and apply product management, requirements management, and Agile delivery best practices.
