Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Digital Automation Developer I to design, build, and maintain low-code applications, dashboards, automations, and AI-powered agents.

You will work with business stakeholders, data teams, and platform admins to deliver enterprise-grade solutions within governance and security standards. You will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable solutions, contributing to platform maturity through reusable components, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform or comparable low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with governed enterprise environments (not ad-hoc personal apps).
  • Exposure to AI-powered solutions, agentic agents, or conversational agents.
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) concepts.

Responsibilities

In the role of Digital Automation Developer I, we'll count on you to:

  • Design, build, and maintain low-code applications, reports/dashboard, automations, and AI-powered agents.
  • Focus on enterprise-grade solutions, operating within established governance, security, and data standards while partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, quality analysts, and platform administrators.
  • Deliver reliable, secure, and supportable solutions (reports, apps, automations, AI agents, etc.), not prototypes alone, and to contribute to platform maturity through reusable components, documentation, and best practices. Additionally, the developer may provide automation analysis.

This role is not eligible for employment-based Visa Sponsorship including OPT

Required Qualifications
