Job summary

UST is seeking a Software Analyst to join the Applications team. You will develop and maintain electronic files, handle service requests, and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure successful implementations and renewals.

You will create and optimize SQL queries, work with Visual Studio, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, SolarWinds, and C#, and document processes to help the team meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong MS SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio and C# knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of project management and documentation.
• Knowledge of third-party administrator industry processes and understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Experience with software development methodology (such as Scrum/Agile) and writing effective documentation.

Responsibilities

The Role

UST is searching for a Software Analyst who is an engaged member of the Applications team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining various types of electronic files, completing service requests for existing electronic files, and attending meetings as needed to provide continued support to our internal and external customers.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $75,000-$113,000

• Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
